Jessica’s roots run deep in Elmwood & East Kildonan, North Kildonan, and Transcona. Raised by a single parent, she learned early on how challenges like addiction can touch our families. As a single mom herself, Jessica worked tirelessly to earn diplomas in Addictions and Medical Administration, eventually launching a successful local beauty business. These real-life hurdles sparked her deep desire to give back through public service. Today, Jessica is devoted heart and soul to EK. She truly knows our streets and is inspired every single day by the wonderful neighbors and vibrant local culture that make our community such a special place to call home.
Jessica believes that for our city to thrive, we need responsible leadership that includes everyone. She is committed to ensuring that every neighbor feels truly safe, valued, and respected through smart, caring governance.
